Adjusting Appetites

  1. I LOVE it...a study of the cuisines here is definitely as important as architecture. Food is the quickest way to access a culture and the quickest way to a man's heart. It plays into the architecture and eventually the landscape just as the automobile has done for the United States. Please keep going!

  2. Ok. What the Heck is that thing in picture #3 down...because, my imaginations are thinking...beef tongue, cut crossways, wrapped with camel tripe?

I'm good with pictures of dessert. The eclairs are nice. But,somehow, sausages and raw meat and blocks of meat just don't translate without the smells!

Definitely got a reaction out of the Mom and the Teenager in the house!
